Deer...$200 per
(over 200 lbs is $ .99/lb hanging weight)
Elk...$300 per
(over 300 lbs is $ .99/lb hanging weight)

Processing charges include:
Cutting, Packaging in freezer paper, Labeling and Freezing.
Ground Burger .... $1.50 per lb.
Ground Burger with added beef fat....$2.00 per lb.
Vacuum packaging available for an extra cost.
Sausages Available:
Bratwurst, Breakfast, Hot Italian, Mild Italian, Polish, Chorizo, Hot Cajun
Sicilian is available in 15 lb or 30 lb batches.
Bulk Sausage....$2.99 per lb.
Link Sausage....$3.99 per lb.
We can add beef or pork fat to any sausage at no additional cost.
Please inquire about fully cooked & smoked sausages.
Please note: License and Tag Required at time of drop-off.
Hide-off only - Please remove heads and hooves.
Additional charges maybe added if animal is dirty.
